We are a family-owned, limited-production estate in Oregon's Willamette Valley, rooted in the Eola-Amity Hills. Our 16 acres are farmed with intention through regenerative practices and a steadfast organic ethos, because we believe great wine begins with a healthy, living vineyard.

Each season asks something new of us, and we're all in, listening closely and farming with care, patience, and purpose.

From farming the vines to making the wine, from pouring tastings to packing each shipment, we do it all ourselves. Our two children are growing up alongside the vineyard, learning its rhythms and becoming part of its story in their own way. There's a lot of hard work behind the scenes but also a lot of joy, laughter, and muddy boots.

Because of our scale, our wines are inherently limited and shared with a small, close-knit community. When you open a bottle, you're not just experiencing a place — you're joining our family and becoming part of this ongoing journey. Every bottle is a reflection of that commitment.

Everything we make is produced in small quantities, each bottle a reflection of the land and the vintage.

In the cellar, our approach is simple and transparent: native fermentations, no unnecessary additions, and a light touch that allows the vineyard to speak for itself. The goal is not to shape the wine, but to guide it, capturing purity, energy, and a true sense of place.

Taste With Us

Tastings are by appointment only and offer an intimate, immersive experience in our vineyard or family home.

Whether you wander among the old vines, or sit at our dining room table, we invite you to sip our tiny-production wines straight from the estate, and share in the rhythms of our family’s daily life (boots optional, laughter guaranteed).

In the Vines

60-90 minutes | Amity Oregon

Join us in the vineyard by appointment and wander among the rows of old vines as you taste our small-batch wines at the source. Every vineyard visit is tailored to you.

We begin with the land — a walk among the rows or a conversation in the vines, shaped by your interest, the season, and the day. From there, we settle in for a sit-down tasting, pouring through our wines and the stories behind them. Learn about regenerative farming at its source and why how we farm the land matters intimately to the flavor and complexity of the wine.

It’s an intimate, behind-the-scenes glimpse into vineyard life, a chance to connect with the land, the wines, and our family’s story in a way you won’t forget.

To book a tasting, email us at wine@follyofman.com or call 971-412-9217.

Folly at the Manor

60-90 minutes | Amity Oregon

Built in 1908 by the McDaniel family and held by them for three generations, the Dundee manor is one of the original homesteads of this community. We acquired it in late 2025 and are restoring it to its original character — honored to carry it forward as its next chapter.

Tastings are held at the dining room table in Tracy and Aaron's home, with the winemakers themselves. Over 60 to 90 minutes, you will pour through four of our wines alongside local hazelnuts, cheese, and a few things we love from the area.

Unhurried and personal, with plenty of time for the stories behind each bottle and a real glimpse into the life we are building here.
